Most AWS estates are not designed so much as accumulated. An account here, a VPC there, a networking decision made under deadline three years ago that everything now depends on. It works, until the bill or the blast radius makes it somebody's problem.
We design AWS architecture that is deliberate, and we migrate onto it without a big-bang cutover.
Where we usually start
- Networking. Multi-VPC architectures with transit gateways, designed so isolation is structural and not a matter of remembering to configure it.
- Cost. Right-sizing, reserved capacity, and finding the resources nobody has owned since the person who created them left.
- Performance. Including the failure modes that never show up in a diagram, such as network throttling that only appears under sustained real load.
- Migration. Moving off on-premises or another provider incrementally, with a working rollback at each stage.
Who this suits
Media organisations running high-definition streaming infrastructure, financial institutions needing secure and compliant environments, public sector bodies building analytics platforms at scale, and any organisation whose cloud spend has started growing faster than its usage.
What you end up with
An estate whose shape you can explain, a bill you can predict, and infrastructure defined in code so the next change does not require archaeology.
