Cron expression parser

Read a five-field cron expression back in plain English and see the next times it fires. It applies the rule people most often get wrong: when both day fields are set they OR together, so 0 0 13 * 5 fires on the 13th and on every Friday.

At 09:00, on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
